What's the process of booking stool mould.
1.Stool samples and product drawing will appreciated to received. Mould detail needs are the key point for accurate quotation.
2.After confirmed the order,engineer will receive details demands and information of mould order to start projects.They will check the products drawing from customer is suitable for mould construction or not.Some special modification point could be change when engineer make drawings or check drawings.
3.stool part drawing DFM will send after checking. The basic product drawing is the base for the mould drawing.
4.Engineers,tool makers and machining people will have meeting for machining program. Proper machining step will improve the mould quality and T1 time.
5.Weekly report for stool moulds will send to customer. Every step of mould machining will check before next step start.
6. Stool mould on time for T1.
