The 60L trashbin mould is a typical trash bin mould project of our company. The shape of this trash cbin is rectangular, which is different from the general square dustbin mould. The small difference in shape has lead completely different requirements for the mold structure and some details.

The rectangular trash bin has limited length and width, and its height is relatively high. As a result, the core of the dustbin mold becomes slender, which is a very unstable factor for the mold status.After detailed discussion, our team gave an optimal solution in the mold design stage, and we also verified the optimality of this solution in the injection mold tooling making and final trial stage.
